Clients must be over 18 years of age. Where this is not the case, consent from a parent or guardian is required prior to the consultation.

Payment is required prior to the consultation. Sessions are not recorded.

Payment for services and products is processed via Stripe or direct bank deposit.

Receipts will be issued following payment confirmation.

In some cases, delivery may be arranged via a third-party provider and additional fees may apply. Shipping is limited to Australia.

Once products have been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the delivery provider.
